Wakaleen is an influencer marketing agency specialising in the combat sports and fitness industry, based in the Netherlands. We connect brands with creators across boxing, MMA, martial arts and fitness.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through the contact forms on this website. This may include:

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

To respond to your enquiry

To assess partnership fit

For creator applications, we use the information you provide to assess whether a campaign collaboration could be relevant for you. This is part of our normal business operations and forms the basis for any future partnership. Art. 6(1)(b) AVG

To keep you informed (only with your consent)

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. We will only contact you in direct response to a form you submitted, or if you have given explicit consent for us to reach out with relevant opportunities. Art. 6(1)(a) AVG — consent

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree processes data in accordance with the GDPR and stores submitted data on secured servers. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not store your personal data in any additional databases. Your data is only accessible to Wakaleen and is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry. Art. 5(1)(f) AVG — integrity and confidentiality

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• General enquiries: Up to 12 months after the last correspondence
• Creator applications: Up to 24 months, or until you request deletion
• Brand briefs: Up to 24 months, or until the matter is resolved
